The hotel offers a charming atmosphere and is centrally located, perfect for exploring Vienna. Some rooms feel dated and small, and there was an incident with poor breakfast service that left a bad impression. It’s a pleasant stay with lovely staff.

Breakfast was very good, great ambience of a Grand Hotel with history. Service staff, despite stress at breakfast, always quite friendly. Concierge and pages always very helpful.
The bathroom urgently needs to be renovated. Painting work in the room and WC would also be appropriate.

We spent six nights in the Penthouse Junior King Suite and loved the comfy bed and fine views from the balcony. The spa offered amazing relaxation and a terrific live jazz performance. The only hiccup was a slight delay with breakfast service, but it didn't ruin our overall experience 😊

This traditional hotel offers a great selection of perfectly clean rooms. The staff are accommodating and the location is marvellous to Karlplatz metro stop. There is Noodlez serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the venue...

The suite was wonderful, and we had excellent room service. So while we lived in a luxurious suite, I felt at home because of the history of the hotel and the way it was preserved and still alive.
Actually, I whish they would not play modern music - not even music I might enjoy - in such a fabulous, historic setting as the lobby. First impressions are important.
